2. Product Information

  • All products are handmade and/or customised, hence slight variations in colour, size, texture, embroidery, print, or finish are natural and should not be considered defects.

  • Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual product may differ slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, and handmade processes.

  • Measurements provided are approximate and may have minor variations.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout.

  • Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways.

  • Pakhi Fashion does not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details.

  • In case of incorrect pricing due to technical errors, Pakhi Fashion reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as products are made to order.

  • Pakhi Fashion reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, quality issues, or suspicious activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Pakhi Fashion. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pakhi Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
