Due to the handmade and customised nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

1. No Return / No Refund

• Customized, made-to-order, and handmade products are not eligible for return or refund.

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during transit, or

• An incorrect item is delivered

3. Reporting an Issue

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear images and an unboxing video are mandatory for claim verification.

4. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Final Decision

Pakhi Fashion reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund requests after review.
